Housekeeping Details - map function won't get you there. Go west on 114 past the airport. Take exit 26 (Coleyville). Turn right and enter the Grapevine Town Center. Next to Target. Walk in, and head to the back right corner.

Quality is a ?? Dust is minimal, and seasonals looked appropriate, but nothing was refrigerated and there was lots of light exposure.

Service - I didn't expect much given the type of store (think Pier One Imports with a food section). In fairness, I didn't try to ask anyone any questions. They all could be brilliant....

Selection was not bad. Very good singles area, probably 50 or 60 different options. Pricing appeared to be $1.65 per. Good Texas representation. OK imports. Belgians seemed a bit light. Some that I remember included Rogue, DFH, Unibroue, Rahr, St. Arnolds.

Overall, a good call for a mixed six, particularly if you want to try some Texas beers. Likely anyone could find something they would be happy drinking.

Mainly a furniture/collectable store. In the back with the wines (and sometimes mixed throughout the store) is a selection of single beers, cases, and six packs. None of the beers are refrigerated, and stored in mild light. Prices are reasonable, with $1.30 for 11-12oz. singles.

The store also has a varied selection of beer and wine glasses, including pint glasses with brand labels printed on them. If you want, you can also buy furniture to drink the beer in.

This store has a good variety of beers, but probably not the place to go if you want something soon after you buy the beer. There are plenty of places within a 15 minute drive that keep their beers refrigerated.

This place is ok, especially when they place things on sale. Nothing is refridgerated, but I'm unable to refridgerate anything I cellar at home so I can't complain. The selection is small, but they carry some great beers (Chimay, Unibroue, Sierra Nevada, Rahr....) at decent prices. More often I buy wine there, but this can be a good place to buy beer too. The service is non existant when it comes to the beer, they are pretty knowledgeable on wine, but that doesn't help here. Its worth visiting this place if you are picking up an old standby like Chimay, but new or unusual beers won't be found here.

I like this store a lot, but I have to admit that I don't really like buying beer here due to their storing procedures. Nothing is refrigerated and everything is out in the open, sitting under those massive white lights in the ceiling all day long. When I do buy here, I always pull from the back of the shelf. I can't say I've ever had a bad beer due to this set-up, but, as I said, I always pull from the back.

The staff at this particular store seems to be non-existent in the beer and wine section. I work nearby and stop in maybe two or three times a month and rarely have I seen staff in the back of the store where the beer and wine are. On the few occasions that I have seen someone, they were not particularly helpful. Oh well, I prefer to be left alone anyway.

Beer selection at this store is decent. Lots of different styles from all over the world. They have several singles, all at $1.69. Not a great price, but certainly not outrageous either. Sure beats the local grocery stores anyway. This particular location is well placed and convenient. It's one of the busier areas of the Metroplex, yet this store never really feels busy. There's always people there, but never too many (except once, a week before Christmas, I'm not counting that one). This comfortable pace and feel make it a nice place to go and just browse. They have plenty to look at too.

World market is awesome. Their selection is not the best, but they do have a decent amount of craft and hard-to-find ales. They always have something new. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. One of the things that I like best about World Market is that they encourage you to "Make your Own" 6-packs. The prices are reasonable, and there are a lot of other interesting things that you can find there other than beer. World Market is a great place to go if you are looking to try new things.
