Looks good in the glass. Plenty of foamy/ rocky head. No hops in the nose. None. Zero. Smell of dirty feet instead. Took a sip and I can't taste any hops either. Maybe it's an old bottle but I don't think so. It's super hot/ boozy. I can hardly get this one down. What a huge disappointment.

A - Pours a clear golden amber with a very thin off-white head. Light amount of sticky lacing.

S - Aroma of sweet malts and some light citrus.

T - The taste is very malt forward. Lots of sweet malts upfront with a light amount of citrus (orange and grapefruit). There finish has some piney hops and a buttery finish.

M - Medium bodied with low carbonation. The mouthfeel is oily with a boozy finish.

O - This a very average DIPA. Very malt forward and boozy.

Pours a deep mango-orange color with a decent head and minimal lacing with this pour. Aroma is citrus rind, some hop resin and a little malt sweetness. Ok, here goes the first sip..............................Awwwwwwwwwwww, the alcohol burn is over the top and definitely takes away from what I thought was going to be an amazing hop flavor considering the five different hops used. Little disappointed as I drink. The alcohol taste completely masks any decent hop juju that may be present. I am sad to say that after anticipating this beer, I have been slightly let down. Don't get me wrong, I like high ABV's, but this is a little over the top as far as the mouthfeel. Wont be able to tell you if the balance or anything else is good because of that, sorry....One more note, don't waste all of those fine hops if they are not going to contribute to a greatly hopped beer. Almost a drain pour, but I am hanging in there !, I can always use it to clean something I am sure....

Poured into a Funky Buddha Brewery snifter. No freshness date.

A- Pours a medium amber color with a 1/8 inch off-white head that doesn't retain long before becoming a thin ring around the edge of the glass and small wisps of surface foam. Not much lacing to speak of.

S- Sweet malt fused with some citrusy hops. Smells decent enough.

T- Taste mirrors the flavor with more sweet malt that's well complemented by the citrusy hops. Yes, I'm repeating myself but that just gives you an indication of how this beer tastes good but just lacks complexity. Alcohol is well hidden. Bitterness is there but not lingering.

M- This is where the beer falls a bit flat literally. When I popped the cap, there was very little psst! to be heard and the mouthfeel reflects that since it's lacking in carbonation. As far as the feel goes, it's oily from the hops and the body leans toward the lighter side.

O- Not as bad as the score would lead you to believe but it just doesn't have much character and my particular bottle was under-carbonated.
