When you 1st look at the taps, you think WOW over 30 taps, but look closer my friend (bud, bud light, miller lite, coors, coors light, killians, harp, bass, rolling rock, magic hat #9, blue moon, etc etc. I have been here probably about a dozen times and the only decent beers i have ever seen here was Hop Devil (once) and Stone IPA (twice) and a few Germans. Tuesday is a your best bet here because its $2 pints all day. A good place to go to watch any game with plenty of tvs. They also have pool tables and dart boards in the back. Staff is pretty friendly, not to informative about beer. The menu is mostly bar grub, nothing outta this world.

A big enough place set in menlo park mall in edison. A regular hang out for out of college students such as myself. Ther are 6 tv's over the bar which is of ok size. The bar is blocked by a number of tables that are always crowded and have people shoving to get past. Food was ok the last time i had some. They have a regular bar menu and some entrees like pulled pork and some fish. They have a bunch of beers on tap, usually regulars, though this time i had some hennepin on tap which made me happy. Bottle selection is of usual micros,(brooklyn, flying fish, magic hat) though they have some like rogue dead guy which i though was unusual. This place is nothing for an experienced BA'r to go out of their way for, but i certainly can't give it bad reviews. Service was friendly, beer selection was average but better than most in the area, and the prices were reasonable. Its comfortable enough to make you come back but not enough to go crazy over.

I visited twice. Both times I was impressed with the number of beers that were offered on tap and in bottles. There are not many places around here (central NJ) with that many offerings on tap outside of the City. Many of them though, were standard imports. One problem that I incurred - both times, was that the less popular beers seemed a bit flat (I figured either from low usage or not cleaning the taps- can't be sure which). Both times I was very disappointed with the food. The last time I ordered a steak that came out very tough, small and too well-done though I ordered medium. If you like sports on large televisions it might be worth-while. You're safer with the bottles than the taps, which is a shame, as tapped beer is so much better if done properly. Both times, the service was a bit slow. Not bad, just a bit slow. The prices were very reasonable/competitive. If a group of my friends were to go, I might go, but it's not a place I would go to on my own. All of the beers that they offer are not worth what you have to put up with.

Met some friends after work, and they wanted to hit this place thinking I'd be happy with the beer selection. Walking in you are amazed at the large size of the restaurant space, which I believe may have been renovated from part of an old Nobody Beats the Wiz store that I remember being in this location years ago. Huge bar that seats more than 30, long bar tables and plent of half moon booths and table tops - and that is just in the bar area. Plenty of larger tables in the restaurant section. Many TVs tuned to all the ESPN channels, and there are several pool tables too. Very dark wood and lights turned way too low.
Atmosphere can only be described as a sports bar / pick up joint for young 20-somethings. Guys in groups drooling over every young lady walking in. As one guy explained why it was so dark in the bar - "...after the beers kick in you don't care what they look like and the darker it is, the better". 'Nuff said about atmosphere.
The beer selection was very average to me. 30+ taps, with most being every flavor of reg macro, lite macro, and low carb macros, with a small handful of other "safe" micros like SNPA, Brooklyn Lager, Magic Hat #9, and Flying Fish ESB along with usual suspects of Stella Artois and Hoegarden. They did not forget the whole Irish beer lineup with Harp, Smithwick, Guiness, Killean's, etc. taking up several taps too. Several varieties of Brooklyn, Magic Hat, Flying Fish beers in bottles too.
Food was ok. Soup and appetizers were no great shakes - typical pub grub to fill your gut.
Not worth stopping by here just because they have a load of taps. But if you want a bar that at least serves SNPA or Brooklyn lager to accompany your burger, this place will suffice and you'll get the sideshow of watching guys working on scoring that evening.

It is a chain - I will start with that but it is a very nice chain. A mix of an English style pub and a major sports bar - a strange mix but it works. The whole place fits 3 - 4 hundred people. In the first main bar there is a 40 person long bar with 36 taps, 10 flat screen tvs - both behind and in front of you - a long standing bar about 3 feet back from the bar, high top tables behind that and semi circle boths agains the back wall. If you walk past this you will find two rooms with pool tables, darts, two full wall tvs with four smaller tvs around them each.
If you are a beer lover and a sports fanatic like myself, this place is as close to heaven as it gets. They have 36 taps that are all rotating and carry some locals - Brooklyn, Magic Hat, Flying fish, Harpoon, etc. They also have a some what surprising bottle list.
Food is the one thing that they are lacking in - this is where the chain part sticks through. There is a good selection and the pulled pork sandwich was not bad. We started with the boneless wings which had a nice little spice to them.
They have only been open for 2 months so I am sure they will switch up the beers - hopefully better - and I am sure the service will get better as the staff gets use to the menu.
Worth checking out and not a bad place to stop at while driving through the state - pretty easy to get to off the Garden State Parkway or 95 north.
