The most recently opened from the fastest growing microbrewery in Colombia has once again set a landmark, with it's ideal location in one of Bogota's most famous hotspots: the 'Parque 93'. And without a doubt it deserves it place there, being one of the most visited and appreciated among the scene; but foremost, because it has brought beer culture farther than ever before.
The spin to the regular ambience of the other two pubs is that this one takes on a more american-style approach, including the Pizzeria into the establishment. Nevertheless, the place mantains its sophisticated air and the staff- some of whom were transfered from the other brewpubs as this one hosts as many or more customers as the others- remains very friendly and swift in spite of the overwhelming amount of work.
The selection remains the classic BBC brews distributed throughout all pubs, and giraffes are newly available as well.
The food (pizza in this case, naturally), a kind courtesy channelled by the recommendations of the staff, was superb.
Highly recommended for a pleasant dinner+beer experience (before heading onto one of the other pubs as I do).

Stopped in on a nice sunny Bogota afternoon. Outdoors is kind of like drinking on the deck at a ski chalet. The beer selection was good. The usual 4 fresh beers ( the truck pulled up when I was there) plus a seasonal wheat. The wheat was delicious and potent. The wheat was delivered in a tall tulip glass much like the tall boy here in the states but with a more curved top, cool. Also tried the porter delivered in the standard imperial pint. The have the art of beer brewing and serving downpat. In the afternoon it was great without the usual Bogota rambuncious nightlife crowd, kicking back and enjoying some brew. The happy hour is incredible with pitchers for $CP15,ooo and 2 for 1 to boot. The lunch menu was very limited but enough to munch on. (Didn't see a pizza menu, but why fill up on pizza when there is good fresh beer) I recommend the sausage platter which had a knockwurst and sausage assortment with some fresh bread slices and dijon. Also had some ribs that were sized just right and melt in your mouth. In my opinion you don't come here to eat. Great scenery next to park 93 in a kind of upscale part of town full of sidewalk cafes. Juan Valdez is right across the street. Also tried the amber which was also delicious. The sampler ( 4 selections of 6 oz.) is delivered on a "tren" which really isn't a train but a mini trans millenium. This place is a must visit for any beer drinker in Bogota. Not pricey by any means.
