Very different from any beer I had, very soft, cinnamon is very present in the smell and taste, very refreshing and with a good drinkability. As expected from one of the best breweries of Brazil.

I found the cinnamon in the initial aroma and aftertaste, but in a subtle way; particularly, do not think it compromised the beer. Is stamped as Ale, but I thought it was a weaker Weiss, whatever. Curiosity killed, but this price does not stare back.

A: Pours a golden orange with a thick white head with good retention.
S: Fruit and cinnamon bouquet, very smooth but pretty good.
T: This beer is very refreshing, with a soft fruity taste with a great touch of cinnamon, no bitterness at all, some malts can be found.
M: Watery in the begginning with a very clear cinnamon aftertaste. The high carbonation contributes to the spicy feel too.
O: A very unique beer, its use of cinnamon makes this beer remarkable, but at same time, its watery body, and absence of bitter hops, make this beer very plain. Great as a session beer with good drinkability, but to soft for anyone who want some hops and bitterness.
