Was there on 11/14 from about 6:00 to 9:00. Located in Mandalay Place, the shops in the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino. Up the escalator from the House of Blues and a little way down on the left.
The bar seats about 20 and runs down the left of the room, with tables filling the other side, then also running beyond the bar in to a back room like area. I sat at the bar. They have a two sided beer menu with taps on one side and bottles on the other, but be sure to ask for the leather bound Chimay portfolio which contains many, many more bottles. The bartender also told me that they have about 50 more bottles not yet on the menu. By FAR the most extensive beer list on the strip, that I have seen. Prices are a bit high, but not that bad for where you are.
The food consists of high end burgers and a few other choices. I had the Kobe Beef Burger and it was fabulous, $16.
I started with a Big Daddy IPA (draft), as I can't get this in MA. Had a Chimay Grand Reserve with my burger, a Chimay white (draft), a St. Bernardus Abt 12, and some winter beer that I was recommended by the person next to me. All the beers were served in non-chilled glasses, and I didn't even had to ask :)!
Service from the team of bartenders depended on which one was helping me. It ranged from very good to average. Beers were say $7 for a draft to about $10 for each of the Belgians that I had, but I had a craving.
A definite don't miss bar every time to the strip.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Burger Bar on my recent trip to Vegas and I was quite pleasantly surprised. My group went there for the food and were quite amazed with the beer selection here.
In addition to a very nice tap selection, there's a great bottle selection. My brother and I both had the 2011 Anchor Christmas ale, though they had a few other vintages available. Really, any place with multiple years of the same beer gets kudos from me.
Service was good, although we didn't really test the beer knowledge of our waiter -- this is primarily a restaurant, after all. However, if you are looking for dinner and want a place with a lot more than the regular BMC crowd, this is it. It should also be noted that prices here are quite reasonable, with respect to other places on the strip. Most of their draft beers were in the $6-7 range, versus paying $8-9 for a bottle of Corona elsewhere on the strip.
So, value, selection and great food -- definitely worth a stop.
