I recently attended a convention held at the Mandalay Bay Casino and one of my buddies noticed that a restaurant located in the shopping arcade between Mandalay Bay and the Luxor had some rare beers on tap. We visited the Burger Bar after working the show and were tired and in need of refreshment. To my delight, they had Chimay Triple on draft as well as Grimbergen. We had both of them over the next three days and really were very happy. The service was good, the servers friendly, and when they were changing out the kegs of Chimay Triple, instead of pouring the foam down the drain, they let us drink the beer for free.
We got ripped. We were very happy.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Burger Bar on my recent trip to Vegas and I was quite pleasantly surprised. My group went there for the food and were quite amazed with the beer selection here.
In addition to a very nice tap selection, there's a great bottle selection. My brother and I both had the 2011 Anchor Christmas ale, though they had a few other vintages available. Really, any place with multiple years of the same beer gets kudos from me.
Service was good, although we didn't really test the beer knowledge of our waiter -- this is primarily a restaurant, after all. However, if you are looking for dinner and want a place with a lot more than the regular BMC crowd, this is it. It should also be noted that prices here are quite reasonable, with respect to other places on the strip. Most of their draft beers were in the $6-7 range, versus paying $8-9 for a bottle of Corona elsewhere on the strip.
So, value, selection and great food -- definitely worth a stop.
