330ml bottle was poured into a pint glass.
Appearance: the beer poured s small head that has reduced to a layer. It is a copper amber color with clarity and visions of carbonation coming up through the glass.
Smell: caramel maltiness, vanilla, spices, oak, and some fruitiness.
Taste: this beer has the Caribbean rum twist to it and is delicious. All above aromas blended well together and the rum cask aging makes this a tasty brew.
Mouthfeel: creamy smooth, medium carbonation, medium bodied, delicious, tasty, silky, and quite enjoyable.
Overall: Out of all the I&G beers I have tried so far, this one tastes the best and goes down easy. Would be cool to find this guy out on draft someday.
