330ml bottle poured into 2/3 pint glass.
Mine is labelled as 5.6% ABV rather than the BA listed 7.7%.
Pours an attractive clear gold colour with a rapidly diminishing head. Nice balance of hops and malt on the nose and palate. Mouthfeel is pretty standard for an IPA, not too thin and carbonation is moderate. Overall a pleasant though fairly generic UK style IPA. Prefer this to I&G's oak-finished creations. Cheers!

Pours a cloudy golden orange with a thick and creamy white head that leaves good lacing. Smells of resin and pineapple. Powerfully hopped, this beer is resiny and leaves a bitter taste in the mouth long after each sip. Crisp? Perhaps, but not very refreshing. Overall, typical of the style, but not exceptional.

Straw gold with moderate head and retention. Moderate hop bitterness but complex.
Mild smelling with good carbonation. A decent representation of the style.
Quite different from the American version.
