This is a midsized packy located about 5 mins north of Hartford, and just down the road from Wickham park, Manchester, CT. which is just a few hundred yards from interstate 84, Mostly wine and macros are pushed here, but to the rear on the right of the store is a decent display of tasty micros. Including some of the Hooker line. A friendly clerk also informed us of some Burnside big blue cobalt bottles kept in the cooler. Tasty stuff, it made the stop worthwhile. Mid level joint, worth stopping by if in the immediate area. (528 characters)

Mostly a wine store, a big selection of macros. The staff is mostly geared toward the sale of wines, and not all that knowledgeable about beers. Seems to be a theme among the M&R chain.

But there is a reasonable selection of microbrews, including some Hooker, Pete's Wicked, and a number of others. A modest gathering of imports as well. It's in a good location, not hard to locate.

It's definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area. The selection is much better than any other package store in the area. (517 characters)
