Appearance: Pours a clear amber (surprise!) with a very modest head that leaves some splashy lacing behind
Smell: Cereal grains, nuts and butterscotch
Taste: Cereal grains, up front, with the nuts and butterscotch; very malty in the finish, much like the Munich malt flavors found in an Oktoberfest
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: This reminds me of a first generation micro brew; nothing wrong with it but very sweet and malty
Thanks, duff247, for the opportunity

12 oz. bottle poured into mug
(11/19/2013 ... drank on 12/23/13)
L: red brown, dark brown; crystal clear ... it's amber with a heavy brown emphasis; weak head, 1/8-inch thick, dies quickly; leaves a nice skin of foam
S: caramel, corn, sour grain, creamed corn
T: nutty, like an English brown ale, loads of malt ... caramel; smoky hop hints like an American brown ale; grain; peach; toasted grain; has lots of taste, at times a weird mix but interesting
F: solid all around
O: not terrible, not fantastic ... the nutty malt taste is intriguing enough to seek it out again.
