A: a light brown, with a hint of red in color. good retention on the head. a bit of lace. Very good carbonation throughout.
S: A bit of sweet malts, and a tiny bit of toast.
T: Very light taste, nothing big here. sweet malts, a bit of toasty-ness. A bit of bitterness in the background, nothing much stood out to me.
M/O: Medium body, nice generous carbonation. Easy to drink, but not much there to give you a reason to keep doing it. Will not be coming back for this one.

On tap at the Petrol Station.
A: Pours a dark reddish/brown color. A two finger beige head forms with good retention. Some light lace is left behind.
S: Toasted and sweet malt up front. Caramel sweetness. Some citrus hops with a lingering bitterness.
T: Follows the nose with toasted malts up front. Sweet caramel and even some chocolate. A grainy. sugary flavor. Some American hops in the finish. Citrus, pineapple hops.
M/D: A medium body and carbonation. Finishes dry, which I like. Easy to drink. I can put a few away without a problem.
Man, Independence is making some good beers lately. I have been disappointed to say the least with their offerings, but I am really enjoying some of their newer beers. This would be worlds better on cask, and I wish there was less of an American hops presents. Though as is this is very nice.

One of Independence Brewing's Brewluminati series of beers.
A. Pours a dark copper colour with a good looking off-white head that subsides soon to leave a film of bubbles on top of the beer.
S. The aroma is clean and sweetly malty, hints of toffee, and some smooth notes from the East Kent Goldings and Amariillo hops.
T. Taste follows on from the nose with more toffee and caramel and a very nice bitter finish. Plenty of well-roasted malt here.
M. Medium bodied with a slightly prickly carbonation. Smooth and creamy.
O. This has all the qualities you look for in a good ESB - a darker than ordinary bitter colour, roastier malts, a stronger hop profile and a mouthfeel that's more full. Very easy to spend the evening drinking this.
