Damn good IPA. Very grapefruit aroma. Decent head orange colour with strong carbonation. Taste works great on IPA with grapefruit. More points if more creamy, but still eminently drinkable. Drying finish. Was nice on cask 14 months later at Clark's Ale House.

Part one of my beer haul from a Syracuse trip.
Hazy deep amber hue with a short but persistent head.
Ripe mangoes and plums come forth on the nose..A hint alcoholic..subtle yet foreboding.
Taste is in line with the aroma..except there is not a hint of heat at all..a real sneaky brew at 10%.
Full rich mouthfeel with fine, mild carbonation. All in all an outstanding DIPA and definitely a repeat buy in the future!

L: Pours hazy copper tinted amber under a 2” fluffy white foam collar that grips the side of the glass.
S: Fruit, alcohol, resin, pine.
T: Light fruit, peach, melon, bitter finish.
F: Creamy, medium body and slightly below medium carbonation.
O: A big double IPA loaded with alcohol that is barely apparent.
