I stopped by here today on my way into town. I was really looking forward to browsing the great selection of beers. However, this place is now a ghost town. I talked to the guy at the counter, I assume he is part of the ownership, and he said they were shutting down, closing the doors. I asked if they were moving and he said they were just closing. I also asked him if there was going to be a "replacement" store, one to find decent beer, and he replied that "Im sure someone will take the reigns." We shall see.

So, it is unfair to really review this place. However, if you get there before they close, everything in the store is 25% off, so good deals can be had. I purchased a four pack of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout for $8.

Wow... this place has really stepped it up. Excellent selection of beers from all over the place. Cigar City, Dogfish, Avery, Left Hand, good imports from Belgium, England, and Germany.

Very nice and passionate owner that explained where everything was. For those just coming to town, almost everything was in the cooler. There isn't a distributor this far south, so I guess someone is bringing cases in from up north. Consequently they're sometimes out of some things, but still a great selection.

The owner mentioned that they just got approval to open their own craft beer bar.

was in Key West for an extended weekend and after some BA research decided to check this place out and the reviews didn't lead me wrong. Granted it was a relatively small shop and the selection wasn't outrageous, it put a big smile on my face and I ended up picking up some stuff to bring home. We don't get Terrapin or Bells in NY and there were a few of each to choose from along with DFH, Brooklyn, and a reasonable variety of craft beers available in singles or sixes with a few bombers. Best stop in Key West.

Hoping to find some place to buy some decent beer for in the hotel, so after reading it on here (and staying almost across the street from this place), I decided to stop in. The had Stone, DFH, Magic Hat, Rogue, Oskar Blues, Cigar City, Chimay, Unibroue, Southern Tier and many more. I was quite excited for the selection, especially Cigar City! The guy that was working, knew what he was talking about, and told me to come back on the their delivery date to see all the new stuff that was coming in. As for the prices, can't complain, in an expensive area, but a 6 - pack of Miller was like $5, Dales Pale was $7. If you go to Key West, stop in here.

Our CS host told us that this place and Albertson's Liquors were the two best on the island. Entering, the single room temp bottles were on a series of shelves that ran along the front wall. There were a good number of cork finished, bottle-conditioned Belgians on the shelves. The bank of coolers for bottles and CANs ran down the right wall and contained every configuration from singles to sixes to cases. The selection was decent, but there was very little in the way of hoppy beers, either APA or IPAs. Oh well. They also had a stack of ASNs to the right of the doorway, opposite the checkout counter to the left. I signed a few copies before we left.

Key West is a liquer drinkers town. Everything is rum/rum/rum and then some bourbon and tequila!

This place was recommended to us by a couple of locals who lived next door to where we were staying. It is pretty easy to get to from anywere on the island. Overall the selection was average at best. Had a couple local beers, sierras, blue moon, rugue,Chimay and julius echters. Prices weren't bad at all. Bought a sixer of Sierra for $7.99. Didn't really spend alot of time in here and rushed out. The guy checking us out was friendly and gave us directions to a couple of bars.

I'd recommend this place to people visiting Key West and will go back there again this winter.

I went to a few liquor stores while in Key West, and this one was probably the best. That is not saying that it was good though. They had a very small selection of Belgiun beers. I think they had like 4 different ones. They had Key West Sunset Ale, which was everywhere. They also had a few Harpoon beers. They had a decent selection of German Lagers. I dont think that this place actually qualifies for beerfly, but for Key West, they are great. The owner was friendly, and knowledgable. He told me that Key West was not a good place if you like craft beer. After being there, I agree. The best thing about the store, was that you can get mixed 6 packs. You cant get them in San Diego.

Nice little place just outside the Key West city center. The selection is nothing special, but not at all bad. They have some US brews (Sierra Nevada, a couple of Lost Coast, the Key West ales, ...), some UK (mostly Samuel Smith), and some Belgian. I couldn't really find anything very special (Stone, Rogue, ...). Good place to buy a beer to drink on the porch of your hotel, but not for importing home. They offer a 10% discount if you buy 6 singles and were very friendly and helpful on my single visit there.
