Appearance: Dispensed a hazed amber-hued body with a scant, faintly beige-hued head.
Smell: Delivers some namesake mildness in the form of mild notes of breadiness and fruitiness.
Taste: Toastiness, in the form of toasted bready maltiness, toasty caramelized sugar, and some oven-toasted apricot crostinis. Earthy herbs, mildly spicy, and with a small touch of hop bitterness. Drying finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-light carbonation.
Overall: A reasonably tasty, low alcohol offering, though, when it comes to locally brewed milds, I'll always prefer the AK-47 Mild Ale once available at the 5 Seasons North location.

On-tap at the brewpub.
Pours a slightly hazy brown color with a one-finger tan head. The head recedes into a wispy layer on top leaving solid lacing.
Smells of lightly toasted malts with hints of sweeter caramel malts. Also present are hints of nuttiness, slight medium fruits, and very light spices.
Tastes very good. Smooth toasted malt flavors with hints of nuttiness kick things off and are joined shortly by good amounts of caramel malts that quickly sweeten the flavor profile. Midway through the sip hints of medium fruits - green apples mostly - come into play but are not overpowering. Finally, hints of earthy hops dry things out before carrying through to a moderately bitter ending.
Mouthfeel is good. It's got a nice thickness with decent carbonation.
Drinkability is very good. I finished my glass quickly and could easily have a few more.
Overall I was a big fan of this beer and would love to see something similar more readily available. Well worth a shot if you see it on.

Pours a nice semi-transparent golden-hinted mahogany with a decent pale tan head. Malty aroma has hints of caramel and cloves. Mouth-filling malty, woody flavor has a bit of caramel and a touch of cloves in it. Texture is edgy and fizzy, leaving behind a nice tingle.
