A: 1/2" cream coloured head over cloudy amber liquid.
S: Pine, grass and citrus dominate the smell profile.
T: Lemon, mango, and yeast that gives way to some pine underneath. It almost tastes like two beers in one with citra flavours up front and some more traditional west coast IPA hops underneath.
M: Smooth medium viscosity and a medium level of carbonation.
O: Very drinkable. This beer was made as a one off cask with the Red Racer IPA dry hopped with citra. As a one-off, this was a beaut. If this was going to be produced more regularly, though, I could definitely see the brewers tinkering with this one a little to get it to where they want it. However, this one off was still better than the majority of craft beers on the market.
