A tall, lasting head is the first notable characteristic of this beer. The head is white and stable, and sits atop a dark straw colored liquid. The liquid has a pronounced and shadowy darkness, thanks to a nice amount of yeast. The aroma is of pepper, clove, honey, citrus, strong yeast, and (unfortunately) a bit of stale, wet, cardboard. Still, the beer is has a fresh wheat and bread character. The bottle must be relatively new, since it has a fresh, active fermentation quality that suits it very well. Moderately sweet, the beer has a little wheat twang, some citrus, a lot of grass, and a little malt in the mid-taste. The flavors come through nicely. A bit more clove and bananna wouldn't have hurt. The beer is relatively smooth, medium bodied, and refreshing. It seems punctually straightforward, and the yeast is clearly the dominant quality. This is a respectable brew.

Light orange color, right hazyness. White fluffy head, lacing.
The smell starts a bit too strong on the banana, but after a while it becomes better balanced, with some cloves, and a bit of pepper, and spiciness. Onest.
Same notes at the taste, with a lowering banana.
Classic aftertaste, quite amalgamated, even if again a bit too on the banana side.
After all, more than decent.
