Stopped by on a visit north to Michigan. The store was clean and bright and it was easy to spot the beer section.

As others have said, there is a huge selection craft beers, local brews and foreign stuff in both warm and coolers. I picked up some Stone, Rogue, and FFF (no Gumballhead in sixers, though).

Service was very friendly and willing to order additional items.

Prices were pretty consistent with other Ft. Wayne shops from what I could tell.

If only Missouri had the selection available in Indiana...although we can buy beer on Sundays. ;)

I visited this store after reading some reviews. I was happy to see a large display of seasonal beer as soon as I walked in. Their is an abundance of warm craft beer at the end of the store. Many Indiana selections including 3 Floyds, Bee Creek, Upland, and more. Their was also a good selection of German beer. The staff was very helpful and nice. You can buy singles and all craft beer is discounted at 10% off 6 and 15% off 12 or more. I did not pay attention to the cold selection because I needed to buy warm
Good experience I will go back next time I am in town to stock up.

This store has a very nice selection of craft brews. I found a some bottles of DFH, Avery, and Flying Dog that I had not seen very often elsewhere. The store is set up in an organized manner, but most of the craft brews are not in coolers. There are many singles to choose from to make your own sixer. My main complaint is that some of the beer is very old. Make sure you check your bottles before buying. When I got home I had to dump a Bell's Third Coast Ale that was 18 months old. Overall a good place to check out if your in the area.

I happened to be in Fort Wayne and thought I would stop in to see if they had any gems. The store is in a strip mall and it is long and narrow. The beer is in the back, with the exception of a few summer beers stacked in front. They had 3 flavors of Michelob and some Miller Salt and Lime.

In the back they have about 10 feet of floor to ceiling warm racks that had some Stone, Rogue and a few other common craft beers. They also had a few Belgian beers and some German and British singles. They had a large amount of the space set aside for local beers, and it was really nice that you could buy a single of the beer or the 6 pack right beside it. I got a dozen different local beers as singles so I can see which I like.

Behind the warm beer were about 12 cooler doors with most of it for BMC but that still left room for craft beer. It was mostly the same stuff that was on the warm shelves. When we got to the checkout they had a Michelob 2006 special edition with two bottles of beer and two glasses. The employee said it was still good when I made a comment about it but later he said he doesn’t like the taste of beer.

This is a nice place for local beers and if you want a cold 6-pack but I didn't find any rare gems or recently bottled 1-offs.

I stopped here while in Fort Wayne on business. I expected reasonable selection after reading the previous reviews but holy crap they had a lot of good beers. The majority are American micros (tons of Bell's and Rogue, with several grades from each of the top micros such as Goose Island, Three Floyds, and so on. There were loads of Belgians too, including some which are not too common such as Duchesse de Bourgogne in 11.2oz, Saxo, and Augustijn (tons of others too or I wouldn't rate it so high). There were maybe 25 UK beers and at least 20 German beers as well. The only negative is that the prices are a little high in my opinion. But I was happy to find this place for a couple of beers anyway.

Without a doubt, a fine establishment. The largest selection of micros, imports and crafts in town. They pretty much run the gammet of the major micros and such. Rogues, Bells, local Mad Anthony, Dogfish, as well as many others. A good selection of Europeans as well, Fullers, Youngs, Sam Smiths etc. Not much out of the ordinary, but all the major Basics are covered. If they don't have what I am looking for, they will try and order it in. I even had one guy behind the counter call his brother in NY to stop and get me some Genny 12 Horse Ale with going through Buffalo. Watch out for some old stuff though. I once found some Sam Adams that had "expired" over a year ago. I try to buy there regularly in the hopes that it will help keep only fresh beers on the shelf, but the selection is large enough that it is difficult.

It wasn't so long ago that the great 'burg of Fort Wayne was severly lacking on any good beer. Finding a sixer of Dead Guy was worth rejoicing.

Now Belmont Beverage has really stepped it up a notch and brought in someone who really knows their stuff. This store is probably the best of the bunch, focusing more on micros than any other store in town (with one possible exception, a branch closer to downtown).

There are plenty of warm American micro's to choose from, ranging from the kick-ass (Brutal Bitter) to the downright awful (Anything from cooperstown brewing company). This is also one of the few places in N.E. Indiana to carry DFH 60 minute alongside the 90 and 120.

Looking for Rogue, FFF, DFH, SNCA/BF, Bell's, Arcadia, New Holland, or local Mad Anthony? Here's your place. Beware the ancient stuff though - they dust it off to look like new. Still no Stone, either.

The staff is really friendly and courteous and willing to talk beer. A winner.

EDIT - They've got the St. Bernardus Dubbel and Tripel, quite an accomplishment for Fort Weak.
