First had: on tap at the brewery
Straw-yellow pour, slightly hazy, with a fairly puffy cap of white head that retained and laced well. Typical wheat profile in the nose, notes of citrus and peppery spice. Taste is pretty clean, bready, slightly yeasty, and again, notes of citrus zest and peppery clovey spice. Pretty decent for a style I'm not a huge fan of, and much more smooth and tolerable than many. Light body, crisp and easily drinkable.

One of the better wits I've come across. Clean tasting with lots of fresh citrus and some banana lightly accented by white pepper and clove. Refreshing, went down easy.

Appearance: Arrives hazy and honey colored with a modest head; a few strands of lacing hang around as the head fades
Smell: Lemons, coriander, cloves and wheat; hints of orange and banana
Taste: Lemony and tangy wheat tones, up front, with a hint of banana developing; through the middle, the coriander and clove tones emerge along with white pepper; all the flavors are well-balanced through the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A really nice Wit that has some elements of a hefe, as well
