16oz can served in a curvy Fremont glass. I'm not sure because the date is distorted, but it appears to be dated 01/16/23. Got it from @ozzylizard in his NBS BIF #17 barrage.
Pours clear amber-orange with a big, approximately two finger fluffy head that collapses slowly into a creamy mountain range. There's some active carbonation, but not a lot. Smell is citrus, pretty orangey, honeysuckle.
Taste is bright citrus zest and citrus rind bitterness, a little bit of orange juiciness. Bitterness really builds up on subsequent sips. Alcohol is very noticeable, but not dominating.
Mouthfeel is somewhere around medium weight with a very dry texture. Overall, this is interesting, it makes me think of a WC IPA brewed with NEIPA hops.

Bigger Hop from East End. Received on 16/3/21 from Franklin Beer, Franklin, PA. $ 4.00 (Including tax)/16 oz can ($ 0.250/oz). In reefer at store and stored at home at 42 degrees. Reviewed 10/4/21. Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
Bottom stamped “CANNED ON 12/28/2020”. Served at 43.3 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. Final temperature 55.2 degrees.
Appearance – 4.25.
First pour – Pale Gold (SRM 4), clear.
Body – Gold (SRM 5), clear. When rear-lite, same.
Head – Large (Maximum 6.5 cm, aggressive center pour), floral white, medium density, good retention, diminishing to a seven to eighteen mm meringue-like cap and crown with large chunks of foam hanging on the glass as the head recedes.
Lacing – Excellent! Rapidly breaks into Sanskrit-like curtains.
Aroma – 4 – Moderate piney resin. No malt, no yeast.
Flavor – 4 – Begins markedly bitter and resinous but with little pine flavor. Some caramel malt, no yeast. No alcohol (8.6 % ABV, as marked on container) taste or aroma. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl.
Palate – 4 – Medium, watery, carbonation lively.
Final impression and summation: 4 Love the simple can art, although to red lettering on the orange background makes the required warnings near-impossible to read. The beer is nicely bittered with the malt backbone apparent but not intrusive. I see more of these in my future.

At 3.8/5 this is way underrated. Hazebois who think can releases at dancing gnome = quality have clearly down rated this because you can actually taste hops.
If you check my beer rating history I'm clearly no fan boy of any brewery. It's just comical to see Pittsburgh represented by 'omGzZ new haze can release bro let's line up' and rate every NEIPA at 4.5+ and every non NEIPA below 4 just shows what a terrible beer culture Pittsburgh has.
If you want to be popular in Pittsburgh you have to ever brew ANY neipa or ANY voodoo barrel aged beer. Everything else is just okay. Or so it seems.

Appearance: Arrives amber colored with an impressive head that leaves sheets of lacing behind
Smell: Piney hops with citrus pith and mint tones
Taste: Malt forward with caramel building a base; the hops power forward, bring orange pith and pine; the caramel malt glides through the finish right along side the hops; the finish has a slight grassy tone
Mouthfeel: Medium to full bodied with moderate carbonation
Overall: A well-balanced DIPA with a bit of an old school character
