Had this tapped for me this afternoon and the keep put a few hop cones in the growler for me. This beer suits this hop head just fine. I'm enjoying it as I type...
A: Cloudy as a wheat beer should be. Of course, the dry hopping may induce this cloudiness as well. Almost cider colored with thick & creamy white head when poured. Slight head remains the whole way through with some lacing on the glass. The hops floating in the growler add to the appearance as well-at least in the growler...
S: Like being in a grapefruit orchard. Overwhelmed (in a good way) with citrus notes. When I sampled right out of the tap I was getting a slight note of the bread-y wheat but I'm not noticing that out of the glass right now.
T: Like the aroma-citrus all day. Specifically grapefruit. If you let it sit on the front/sides of the tongue for a time you catch the wheat part of the beer but it's hops all the way after the swallow.
M: Given the strong hop aromas one would expect a thick in the mouth, oily drink. It's no that at all. It is far lighter in the mouth than you think it's going to be.
Hopheads will not be disappointed.

A- Body is a quite foggy, tawny golden yellow hue. Pours with a massive 3 finger+ white, foamy head that eventually settles to a big thick collar. Lacing sticks all the way down the glass.
S-This smells good and as one should expect for a hoppy wheat beer. The main character is a big bready, grainy wheat scent but there is a good bit of citrus and earthy hops there as well.
T-Flavor is actually pretty complex. Mild strength earthy and citrus hop flavors upfront with a moderate bready backbone. Most of the flavor comes through for the finish where there is a big dose of bread dough a hint of pine and the slightest hint of grapefruit as well as more intense earthy flavors. The hop bitterness is pretty high, somewhat crass and long lasting but is accompanied by remnants of smooth, bready yeast.
M-Moderate carbonation, lightweight body that is full and pretty smooth and yeasty.
D- Overall-I like this brew and think that it is good. If the hop profile in this brew was brighter and the mouthfeel more oily this would probably be one of my favorite brews. The bitterness is ok-but I don't think the initial flavors were bright enough to earn it. Its pretty complex for a small brew and very drinkable and enjoyable. Its not quite hop sun, uber sun, or gumballhead.
