a: This was a clear, very pale straw yellow color. It was served to me with a short, fizzy cap.

s: Moderate amounts of spicy hops and some biscuit.

t: On the mild side, but respectable. Spicy, dry hops balanced by biscuits and grains. Clean with no off flavors.

m: Fizzy carbonation and a slick body.

d: Pretty good pils, a pleasant surprise.

Served on tap at the Big River Bar & Grille (Disney) in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

A: Pours a crystal clear golden yellow in color with moderate to significant amounts of visible carbonation. The beer has a finger tall white head that slowly reduces to a thick film covering the entire surface of the beer with a thicker ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate lacing is observed.

S: There is a light to moderate amount of graininess, moderate amounts of grassy hops, and light hints of citrus hops.

T: The flavors of the grainy malts combine nicely with the bitterness of grassy and citrus hops. There is a light almost spiciness in the finish with a light amount of lingering bitterness.

M: On the lighter side of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp.

O: Very easy to drink, very enjoyable, and quite refreshing. This is a sessionable beer that I would be happy to have a couple at one sitting. In the hot summer weather in Florida, this beer is easy to drink and the lower ABV is appreciated.

A: Poured a pale yellow in color with a nice white cap

S: Faint, some light floral hops bit that is all

TL Taste is sweet, hops lacking, very offputting taste, some grains, stale, not crisp nor refreshing

M: Light body, low booze but the vlean crispness was not there and the taste was just flawed

O: Try if you must

Review from notes from my trip to Florida.

#1 of the night. Poured into a pint glass.

3.5 A: Came without a head. Super clear golden yellow.

3.5 S: Clean and grainy. Light grassy hops.

3.5 T: Incredibly clean. Light graininess and light neutral maltiness. Just a touch of grassy hop flavor.

3.5 M: Lighter body. Good moderate carbonation. Crisp and super smooth.

4.0 D: Incredibly drinkable. So super clean. Could be a bit tastier, but definitely possible to drink a few in a night.

I had this beer on-tap at the Big River Grille & Brewing Works in May 2010. It was a good beer for a hot Florida night because it was light, refreshing, and easy to drink not to mention the low abv. The beer poured a light to medium yellow with a small amount of white head. It had good carbonation and an earthy aroma. The beer had a slight spicy taste to it and was smooth to the taste. Again, a good florida beer.

A respectable brew. Sharp grassy hoppiness with some light citrus/grapefruit. and some graininess. Finishes decently bitter. Light body and color, some slight astringency. Not particularly challenging or interesting, but good, refreshing drinkability.

A - A pale golden color... A faint frothy latte like white head quickly fades leaving a delicate but enticing lacing... Moderate carbonation throughout...

S - Mild, but pleasant... Grainy with european hops...

T - Slightly sweeter than most traditional german pilsners... European hops... Mild grains... Crust... Perhaps the slightest hint of ginger...

M - Crisp and clean... Light to medium bodied... A very lush and enjoyable feel... Easy drinking...

D - A very mild, but still respectable pilsner...
