The body is nicely black with a good lasting head. The aroma and flavor are BIG chocolate supported by charcoal and roasted malt. This isn't harsh, but soft, the bitterness of both the dark malts and the hops are very low. A bit sweet, but not cloying. This is a good easy-drinking stout.

I had this beer while visiting Mickey. We were at the Big River brewpub (just next to Epcot).
A: clear deep brown with a light tan head that disappated quickly.
S: floral, powdery (almost chalky), burnt sugar.
T: roasty, lactose, toasty, blackstrap molasses, burnt brown sugar.
M: Big and mouthfilling, slight chalky dryness yet with some residual sweetness (probably from unfermentable lactose).
O: A nice beer, a bit big (6.1%) for a Sweet Stout (stats from brewmaster Ken), fits pretty well into an American Stout style as a larger stout, but does not really have much in the way of "American" character. Minimal hopping could be increased to create a better balance.

On tap at the Disney World Board Walk location.
This one poured a dark black with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of chocolate and roasted malts. Tastes of roasted malts, coffee, and chocolate. Light bitter finish. My favorite beer here.

Sampled at the Disney Locale. What a pleasant surprise this beer was. Rich and Complex and very tasty indeed.
Poured an opaque dark brown with a tan head that left a thick trail of lace in its wake. Aromas of woodsmoke, spice and coffeee with a touch of sweetness. Taste was rich and complex. Some chocolate, some yeasty/fruity/winey notes a heaping dose of coffee and fleeting moments of toffee. There was some spice in there as well, anis(ette)?
Mouthfeel was velvety smooth and thick. Coated the tongue and palate facilitating a long mult-faceted aftertaste.
A delightful beer to end the night on.

Sampled off tap at the brewpub while in Florida a few weeks ago. This beer poured a black color with a thick, clinging head that ringed the top of the beer. The nose was very subdued, wiht jus a hint of coffee in there. The flavor was big and full chocolate that moved to a slight coffee bitter on the finish. I found this to be the best beer they had in their stock. The feel was thick and slightly creamy, working very nicely with the flavors that were present. I was rather impressed with this beer. The taste and feel really worked well. I would really liked a more robust nose though. Well worth a look in a rather beer-devoid area.

Chattanooga Big River location. Pours thin, black and uncarbonated. Nutty smell, with some dry spice (cumin?) also present in the nose. Iron Horse has a coffee flavor, with a dry and smoked finish. This may sound appealing to many, but this profile too far from my preference for a sweet stout for this to be a personal favorite.

Part of a sampler: Pours almost black (but not opaque) with a medium thin light beige head. Aroma is very roasty, with a hint of dark chocolate as well. Medium to full-bodied with a strong roasted coffee flavor that weakens toward the end. There are also malt, chocolate and hops notes in the flavor. Finish is weaker than I would have liked, but this is a passable Stout.
