This beer has become my "go to" beer when I am getting a easy-drinking macro lager. I think I can do better, but I just haven't settled on another one yet.
I gave this a "5" for appearance because I just like the look of this beer. The color says crisp refreshment and the packaging has an appealing retro look to it.
It's refreshing all right. The downside is there are some off-flavors that I don't like in my beer. They don't pre-dominate like in some macros, but they are there just enough to make this a weak substitute for a Victory Pils or any number of fine craft lagers one can find easily enough.

32oz can into a pilsner
A - An unimpressive, yet crystal clear straw yellow. Quickly dissipating tall head. This beer laces all the way up a 20oz pilsner glass.
S - Smells beerish and sweet.
T - Oh wow. Never noticed when I was in my 20s, but YUP, corn. A bit of pilsner malt. Sweet.
M - Very ebullient and thick sweetness.
O - If I've been mowing on Sunday (good beer is only had in liquor stores here and they aren't open on Sunday) this is my go-to. It's really not horrible, but there's just no comparison to a good helles. If someone told me there were hops used in this beer, I may or may not believe them.
