Blanche appearance, hazy.
Just one finger of foam, white, not bad.
Fresh smell, with flowers, orange peel, spices, lemony, coriander, white pepper. A bit soapy.
Spicy in the taste, too, again orange peel and coriander over all, citrussy notes, pepper.
Fresh, drinkable, pleasant.
Light in body, spicy aftertaste, and citric, with white pepper and coriaznder.

From a 750 ml bottle this brew pours with a hazy golden-yellow color. The cloudy, milky-haze is appropriate for the style, although the head could be a bit larger and more stable. The aroma is quite good...it's a fresh, wheat-filled smell, complimented by notable coriander, some mild continental hop aromas, grain, white pepper, and distant orange. It's a light, playful smell that serves the beer well. The taste is also light, clean, and good. It starts as mildly sweet, with a floral and pale-malt flavor. Wheat tastes come out by the mid-taste, and the beer dries out a little in the finish. Soft, wheaty, and with a white-pepper flavor throughout, this is a good wit. It could be helped by the addition of a little tartness. Other than that, it's very enjoyable.
