I went in because I've been trying to check out all of the beer markets around Cincinnati. I read that they have a decent selection for what they are, which I found to be true. It's a corner market in a somewhat shady part of town (is the door man to protect the product or the cashier?). This was the first place that I've seen Moerlein's new Northern Liberties, which was more than I hoped for when I went in. They've got a mix of 750s and sixers of standard craft brews. There's nothing too exciting, but if you live in the neighborhood it would be convenient. They also have standard corner store fare for college kids (pasta, sauce, junk food) as well as a decent supply of pet food.

As said in other reviews, this is a small corner store (literally) that is near the University of Cincinnati. I'm lucky enough to live around the corner and so whenever I need bombers of Hoppin' Frog, Stone, Avery, or sixers of Great Lakes, Sierra Nevada, Flying Dog, and many others, I go here.

While it isn't a beer destination, it is a nice store to have around the corner. If you've hit up all the big stores in Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky (Party Source, Jungle Jim's, Hyde Park Wine & Spirits, etc.) then you won't find anything here. But, it's a great place to go when you're by UC and need some beer in a pinch!

i live right across the street from this place.the selection is usually pretty good for a small convenient store, they have southampton double white, stone, avery, brookyln, etc. not a massive selection, but it is what it is.

the food here is good.you can get pepperoni pizza at a dollar a slice,or you can get a whole pizza with whatever toppings you'd like.the sandwiches are pretty good.

the people who run the store are awesome, they're friendly and cool to talk to.there's also alot of eccentric people who frequent this place, which makes it fun to people watch.

This was literally my last stop of the night the first night I got into town, you can probably tell from the pic I took it was about 7 at night already and I had driven all day and just wanted to go to the hotel, but I made this one last stop after Mecklenburg Gardens just to see what was up in this little store. First off I really was not expecting too much as it really didn’t look like the kinda of place I was going to find a good selection but I was a bit surprised. They did have the stone bombers, but I did not see any Chimay. There was some Barrelhouse, and Great Lakes as well as some Rogue sitting in there. Not a terrible selection, a lot of BMC stuff but they have to cater to their clientele. The staff was friendly and the prices were pretty dirt cheep and I picked up some doubles while I was there just cause of the price. Overall if I lived here I would frequent more, but since I don’t I would not probably go back. Not a bad store to live around though and you could probably convince them to carry more stuff as they seemed very nice and receptive.

As a student of the University of Cincinnati I often find myself traveling to riddle road to pick up some beer. I was first surprised when I went inside to find such a wide variety of beer. Being a small store on the corner of two streets I didn't expect to find much in variety here. However, there is quite a good selection of beer there.

Riddle Road carries all the normal cheap and popular shit beers such as coors, bud, and natty, but they also have their gems such as arrogant bastard ale, molson xxx, and blue moon. Although these may not be the best beers around they are surely better than bud or coors. This store after all was the store which prompted me to start trying "exotic" beer (beer other than that produced by multi-million dollar corperations).

Edit: They will also sometimes get in other interesting items, I have seen Red, White, and Blue Chimay there, as well as Delirium Tremens. It just depends on when you go, sometimes they will have interesting and very good things, such as the chimay, arrogant bastard, and delirium tremes, other times they won't have anything like what's listed above and you'll have to choose from the various micro-brew sixers that they carry. Overall a good corner store that's close to campus.

The liberal store owners are also very friendly to and helpful to regulars...
ps. they have pizza sometimes.

Edit/Update: This store usually has a pretty decent selection, however, I don't think that it quite matches the "new" Stop and Go. On the other hand Stop and Go doesn't normally stock Arrogant Bastard....not that I know of anyway.

As I passed by the Riddle Road Market (Northwest part of University) nearly everyday I have always noticed the Great Lakes and Sierra Nevada signs, so I decided to go in and check the place out.

This place has a nice selection of beers for a little mom-and-'pop' store; I first noticed four different Great Lakes brews, all priced at $7.99... Three brands of Kalamazoo BC beers, including my favorite porter. There was about 4 or 5 Samuel Smith beers, a lot of Stone bombers and many to follow. What shocked me was the pricing on these were either the cheapest or equivalent to any other place where I buy beer in this large city.

Service has been good the two times I've been there, it appears that locals or college students mainly run the show.

I'll make sure to update this, as I have bought a six pack from here only once.
