Beer of good body with a weak yellow color; there's is a lot of wheat in the smell; has a thin and persistent layer of foam; there's a lot of wheat in the taste, with an adequate and bittersweet end; gives flavor to the food; regular quantity of alcohol.

A: very light yellow color like straw, carbonation is not very rich, head is small and doesn't leave traces on the glass after dissipation, also not permanent layer can be observed on top of the beer. Color of bubbles is almost white and consistency look sparkly more than creamy.

S: characteristic smell, wheat malts but almost nothing else it is simple but consistent

T: light flavor there is the wheat, barley and some hops nothing else is clear on the palette

M: starts very neutral no sweet nor bitter for a slow transformation into a bitter ending

Cucapá Trigueña pours a cloudy golden color with a nice foamy head and decent lacing; Nice smell, aroma is clean, wheat and spices; Taste is fruity and some bready; Nice Mouthfeel, crisp and carbonation is very fine, very refreshing and very drinkable.
