Medium bitterness perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the malt. Intense aroma of honey and flowers.

Dozens of kilos of 100% locally produced honey are added to each batch of this beer. A beer as sweet as honey, as cold as your ex's heart.

Its good but if you like amber ales, Cucapa's Border is way better. Anyway not bad beer.

Poured from 12oz bottle into a typical drinking glass.

Appearance: light golden hue with a clear body and a thick head of frothy white foam leaving a chunky lace on the glass. The look is not bad, except for the fact that this is marketed as an amber ale -- and it is just a bit too light for that.

Smell: lightly sweet with a dash of biscuity malt character and yes, indeed, just a little bit of honey. It's not entirely my jam, but it's pretty much as-advertised.

Taste: again, like the aroma, it's advertised. However, the flavor is even less my jam than the aroma. Biscuity malt that is nonetheless a bit thin is paired with a dash of honey. The honey is not bad, but the rest is kind of bland and simply not to my palate.

Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a really big carbonation and a giant, though ephemeral, creaminess. It's actually pretty good.

Overall: this beer just didn't grab me. It's not bad, but I can't see myself drinking it again. Additionally, from a color, aroma, and flavor perspective, it might be better marketed as a honey blonde than a honey amber.

Golden color with a thin head that keeps a constant plate.
Light aroma with notes of bread and butter and faint honey.
Flavor is a bit more interesting with its spicy hops/yeast, perfume, dough, papaya, honey is quite faint, drops of fresh orange juice and pears. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Fruity Blond Ale with a bit of honey and mild spices. Gets more interesting once it warms up.

L- Yellowish amber body with a great creamy white head.
S- Sweet honey aroma just as expected.
T- Fresh and solid malt flavor, with a sweet hint, a bit underwhelming.
F- Light, crisp.
O- Aroma opened great but the taste was underwhelming, just a tad sweeter than a common blonde or amber.

It's OK. Absolutely no bitterness. Goes down with a little more noticeability than most Mexican lagers. Might buy again due to limited selection. Sweet but gives a dry aftertaste.

Apariencia: Color ámbar, dorado con concentraciones marrón. Corona de espuma muy leve y de poca retención. Cerveza Filtrada.

Aroma: Aroma a lúpulo americano y maltas base.
