Decent hop aroma apparent, much more so than any Mexican mega beers. A clear copper-amber color is presented, much like the Anderson Valley Boont Amber just enjoyed previously. Poured down the middle of a large glass stein it produces a nice head that dissipates pretty quickly without much lacing, but is easily refreshed with a swirl or a swig.

Somewhat balanced flavor with a little more hop predominating over the malt (100% malt the Craft Beer label notes). Nice grain presence in front with a little bitter hop kick back. Worthy of its goat-eating monster namesake.

Nice to see Mexico getting into the craft beer movement. I was told this is the first Mexican micro imported into the U.S.

Darker amber brew with nice tan head. Aroma of caramel, floral hops. Taste is nice balance of malt and hops - sweet caramel at the start transitioning to a crisp floral / grass hops. LIngering hops finish complimented with a lingering of malt sweetness. Medium bodied with medium carbonation and perhaps a bit too malty for the style. Much bettre than corona, I give the guys credit for trying..

Explodes out of bottle with two mugs (never seen this before) of light tan head that fades slowly to a thin layer leaving some lace. Hazy amber color. Medium carbonation and medium bodied. Hoppy nose and flavor is hops and caramel. Lingering hoppy aftertaste. 12oz bottle from Gift Specialists Oceanside, California.

Yellow-orange ale with a thick, foamy lather of head that takes ages to dissipate. Aromas of sweet citrus and bread and flavors of lemon, berries and sweet bread. Despite the deep colors and thick head, it has a light and crisp body. I've never been impressed by a beer from Mexico before; this was a pleasant surprise.
