Capitol Pale Ale is a medium-bodied, deep gold beer and a great example of a true American pale ale. Light, malty flavors combine with aromatic hops for a beer that is quenching and easy to drink.

On tap. Poured out a pale golden amber color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of caramel, sweet bread and citrus. Sweet and malty with a mild bitter bite.

Draught @ Legacy location: This one pours a hazy, lighter coppery color. There was a thin white head that left some lacing. Good nose! Grapefruit, pineapple and a hint of pine. The taste is good. Just a bit bitter, with mainly grapefruit and pineapple hop flavors. Medium bodied. A good pale ale.
