Everyone’s brewing it, so why aren’t you? The Iron Springs triple IPA is wonderful. Big, piney, and delicious. It pours a malty orange amber. Lots of piney aroma with some citrus peel. The flavor is bit and piney with some sticky green characters, and enough malt to balance it out. Smooth and balanced it hides its strength—which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. (369 characters)
