In Utah, all liquor, wine, and beer > 4%abv can only be sold by the state DABC in its various stores. The Logan store is one of the better stores in the state when it comes to beer and wine selection (which isn't saying much). All the beer is stored at room temperature and is kind of arranged by country. Prices are per bottle, which means you can mix six packs. Nice. Selection is okay. Not much to make a BA drool. They carry SA, SN, McTarnahan's, AVB, Anchor, Pyramid, and a few other West coast beers. Import-wise, you'll likely find Cooper's, Sam Smith's, Ayinger, Spaten, Delirium Tremens, Samichlaus, Lindeman's, Orval, and Chimay. Not bad, but the problem is, nothing changes. New additions/orders have to come from way high up in the DABC, so the employees at the actual store have no control; furthermore, there is no supply and demand/free-market going on in this monopolistic system. Whew! All-in-all not a bad store, but I've already had everything they sell and only some of its worth buying regularly. Oh, and their prices are high too.

Visited here with alexgash while I was in Utah a month ago. As far as liquor stores go, this was pretty average. There were no people on the floor that could help me, but the selection was fairly small, so I found things fairly well on my own. They had a few offerings that I hadn't seen before, but nothing spectacular. I went home with Anderson valley High Rollers wheat and some Uinta Barleywine, so it wasn't a bust, but I feel for my friend Alex for his lack of selection. Its worth a trip up to Idaho to find a better selection.
