A beautiful amber pour with 2 fingers of beige colored head, slow dissipation, excellent retention, and tons of sticky lacing left behind.
Aromas of toasted malt, caramel, toasted nuts, and lots of grapefruit from the hops.
This is a fantastic ipa style beer. More of a hoppy amber honestly. Lots I sweet caramel malt, toasted breadyness, and a delicious bitterness from the hops that lingers and also has sort of a fruity character to it.
Medium in body with moderate amount of carbonation. Slight creaminess with a nice sticky feel from the head.
I'm liking this one a lot and loving that more breweries are doing hoppy winter ales rather than a cinnamon spice winter warmer.
