16 oz can poured into a nonic.
Pours a hazy orange color with a finger and a half of foam that rises to the top of the glass. Leaves nice lacing as it recedes. Aroma is quite hoppy, mostly piney, resiny, with some spice.
First sip has a huge hop flavor. Tastes of pine sap, evergreen... not your typical american hop flavor profile. Finishing bitterness is pleasantly subdued - there but not in your face.
There is a decent malt body to this beer, but hops are really the star. Finishes on the dry side, without any severe lingering flavors.
This is a very interesting IPA. I dig it, along with the packaging of 4x16oz cans. I plan to look up what hops are used to create this interesting flavor.

pours a brownish orange rust color. with just a bit of haze. 1 finger quickly dissapating off white head. smells of grapefruit & lemon with a handful of pine needles. although the citrus notes are pretty faint. taste is different than the smell. alot more bitterness than citrus notes. faint caramel malt backbone. this is my first beer from six point. i hear really good things about theyre other offerings. but im not to crazy about this one. yeah id drink it again if offered to me but not something id buy again.... cheers!
