Brilliant cloudy, fuzzy, bubbly orange appearance with a perfect 1/4 inch puffy head and a pleasant hoppy aroma. Powerfully hopped with a definite tart, piney nectarine-citrus flavor. Quite sour but the tongue-puckering is offset with a creamy mouthfeel that helps it go down easier than you'd expect. The sourness makes you thirsty for another one but too many would be overpowering. Reminds me of some of the West-Coast IPAs (which I enjoy, being a West-Coast transplant and all.) Will look forward to more of these this summer.

$ 1.99/12 oz can at Vintage Estates, Boardman, OH
Can BB 08May15 at 40 degrees into standard pint glass
Head small (2 cm), off white, frothy, slowly diminishing to a broken 2 - 4 mm layer
Lacing excellent – complete thick rings and stalactites of mostly small bubbles
Body medium yellow, hazy
Flavor begins with a fairly light piney hop presence which fades to a somewhat chalky bitterness with a short hang time. No malt, no alcohol, no diacetyl.
Palate medium, slightly oily, lively carbonation
Another pretty good beer from Sixpoint.
