Poured from a 16 oz can into a tulip. Purchased in Wakefield, RI.

A- Pours a crystal clear amber body with a super thick, fluffy white head that reduces to some uneven chunks of white foam.

S- Grapefruit, pine, bread, citrus zest.

T- Upfront I get citrus and caramel. It ends piney and leaves a hoppy bitterness on the tongue.

M- Medium-low carbonation, medium body.

Overall a decent IPA. Definitely has good balance. I've had better and I've had worse. This is one is worth a try but I won't be seeking it out again.

I tried this on tap at Cooper's bar on Belmont in Chicago. Nice 7 page beer menu. I selected this one from the page that read "What's new on tap?" Served to me in a pint glass for $5.

The beer poured a mostly clear orange/copper color with a 2-finger off- white head with dcent retention. The beer left toms of lacing on the glass.

Big citrus and piny hop aroma. Mostly grapefruit with some apricot in the background.

Big pine and grapefruit flavor with apricot coming out as it warms a bit. Bready malt used for balance. 62 IBU's gives you an idea of the strength of the bitterness.

Medium bodied and creamy smooth mouthfeel. Carbonation is medium.

This is a very tasty beer, especially if you like grapefruit flavored hops. I'll be anxious to see if it tastes the same in bottles and cans if I can find it.

A- Transparent orange body with a frothy off-white head that leaves a lot of lacing.

S- Sweet toasted malt and piney malts with a lot of citrus.

T- Juicy hops with a nice toasted malt backbone. Some tropical flavors come through in the way of grapefruit and pineapple.

M- Medium bodied, medium carbonation, creamy.

O- Solid IPA, balanced and drinkable.

A: Pours a hazy amber with a creamy, lingering white head. Little chunks of yeast are noticeable in the glass once the beer settles.

S: Aromas of caramel, toffee, cream, lime, lemon, bitter orange, and kumquat fill the nose.

T: Notes of lime, lemon, bitter orange, kumquat, grass, black pepper, and herbs are underscored by delicate notes of caramel, toffee, and cream. The finish is delicate and quenching with balanced notes of caramel, cream, and citrus.

M: Medium in body, smooth, gentle, and creamy. Not nearly as dry as many other American IPAs. Carbonation is fine and unobtrusive. Very easy to drink.

O: This is an excellent and unique American IPA. It does not really have the grapefruit, pine and spruce notes that have come to represent the style, instead emphasizing caramel malt sweetness and delicate lemon-lime bitterness. Definitely try this if you have grown bored with many other APAs and IPAs.

Amber hazy color. Poured a good amount of head with a long retention leaving marks in the glass.
Right after you open the can, a delicious fruity aroma with citrus swirls in the air. After tasting it, it is hard to get further scents out of it.
Some malt sweetness, but predominant a bitter and hoppy taste, hints of pine, bread, decent amount of grapefruit, and notes of citric and grass.
Long lasting bitter aftertaste.
Light to medium body with good carbonation and small bubbles.
Good IPA option for the hophead nation, not as tough as Resin, but still a good punch.

Poured from a can, into a small little glass.

A - Nice orangey colour on this one, this a little less than a finger of white head

S - mostly pine but a little bit of sweetness

T - Very little on the hop side of things, much maltier than I expected

M - really light and easy drinking which made this slightly better

O - randomly stumbled into this at a restaurant in Toronto, not sure how they obtained it. Glad I tried it, but highly underwhelming, despite it's easy drinkability.
