Poured a medium copper hue with a wispy white head. There was little retention and lacing.

The smell featured a buttery diacytl.

The taste was sharp with a flowery chamomile spice.

The mouthfeel was thin with a lingering medicinal

Overall a big disappoinment.

On tap at Capone's.

Poured a medium golden color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of breadiness with some citrus. Tastes of toasted breadiness with some citrus hoppiness. Viennas aren't one of my favorite styles, but his one was quite drinkable.

light weight-wise in the mouth, but with an exceptional full-mouthfeel to it. sourdough element that transitions nicely with apricot on the back palate. Not your typical Vienna, but the intricacies that make it different are also what make it stand out. looking forward to trying more from 6P.

Pours a hazy sunny golden with a big fluffy white head - looks more like a wheat than a pale ale. Aroma is lovely and sunny and lemony, with a nice hop sting. The flavor is sharp and citrusy, like a good lemonade, with a sunny touch of honey on the finish and a subtle, growing metallic hop bite. Mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing.

On-tap at Fette Sau into a half-pint.

A: Hazy amber body; solid cap of persistent, sticky off-white head. Very nice.

S: Crisp herbal hops atop even crisper bready malts. Very clean, light, and pleasant.

T: Follows the nose: solid hops up front, with lovely herbal notes leading in to a crisp, deliciously bready malt body; the finish is lightly citrusy, lightly minerally, and very clean. Awesomely refreshing.

M: Frothy, fairly light body. Solid, but unremarkable.

O: Great beer. Its crispness was perfect for offsetting the richness of the meat.

A - Clear copper, small white head with good retention, and some lacing.

S - Big bready malts, some citrus fruitiness

T - Bready malts again, with some white raisin in the finish and aftertaste.

M - On the light side of a medium body with medium carbonation and a dry finish.

D - Towards the end of the glass, the white raisiney aftertaste got a little gross.
