Poured from a 16 oz can into a snifter.
Nice golden-amber color. Clear with very fine suspensions. A few bubbles seen rising up. About two fingers thick off white head with decent retention. Excellent lacing on the sides.
Aroma is of noble hops and pils malt. Excellent flowery and herbal hop notes. A very good mix of hop and malt aroma overall. Strength is good.
Taste is very much the same as the aroma suggests. A nice crisp malt body supported really well by the hops. A very moderate bitterness. Nice bread like flavor.
Mouth feel is light to slightly medium. High carbonation. Effervescent.
One more good brew from Sixpoint.

Poured into a tall pint glass: color is opaque gold/copper, head is bright white, presenting 1/2 inch thick then dissipating to a nice top; definitely more dense/murky than other pilsners.
Smell is light pils malts, then grassy hops, solid bitterness, light citrus and earthy notes.
Taste is crisp, definitely full of hops, though the subtle grassy flavors are prominent, some stronger citrus type flavors are noted with a strong drying, bitter finish; malt is pils and bread, subtle backbone type flavor. Earthy flavors are prominent as well.
Mouthfeel is crisp, carbonated and biting on the tongue, very drying, more so than other similar style pilsners.
Overall, this is seems to be close to a kellerbier in presentation with a heavy bitter pils take. As it warms up the flavors come through pleasantly, but the nose seems off and mouthfeel a bit overdone.
