A:Very light yellow, with a mediteranian sea foam colored head.
S: The aroma at first is of honey and lime, with a small touch of sawdust.
T: Has a crisp summer citrus flavor up front with a light touch of pine forest floral. Has a lavender and wheat side note. The beer finishes dry with more citrus, malt and banana bread flavors.
M: The carbonation level is mild to moderate and it suits this beer well. This beer goes down on a warm summer night like the best of them.
O: This is what you imagined beer tasting like, when you were a young lad, and you saw the big imposing American macro advertisement in your favorite team's ball park. Until the day you realized that the american macro is for frat parties, and beer pong, and to be disrespected. This is what a pilsner should have been my first time around.

Pours amber with a large, fading, white head.
Nose shows hay, spicy hops, grassy notes and light grainy malt.
Flavours are very hop-focused. Big spicy, floral, citrus-y and grassy notes. Little else. Some light malt. Assertive bitterness.
Nice high carbonation.

A: Pours a slightly hazy gold with a creamy, thick white head that recedes very slowly.
S: Aromas of biscuit, crackers, grain, straw, grass, herbs, lemon, lime, and honey are present on the nose.
T: Notes of minerals, lemon, lime, biscuits, crackers, fresh herbs, straw, grass, honey, and grain wash across the palate. The finish is short and crisp with lemon, lime, grass, mineral, and cracker flavors lingering.
M: Light-to-medium in body and quite dry. Carbonation is crisp and firm. This lager is superbly easy to drink and incredibly refreshing.
O: A nice lager that is more or less in the German style. The body is a little too slight and not quite dry enough for me to fully accept this beer as an authentic German-style pils, yet it is still very good.
