Growler pour from the Filling Station, Chelsea Market, NYC
Pours clouded, light apricot, the head is off white, puffy, then going to a thicker fine bubble film and leaving a hearty collar. Lacing and is extensive, nice strands left on the glass.
Belgian themed nose with yeast, some coriander, light pepper and lime. Nice.
Aromas predict the sensations on the tongue, with more lime, light pepper, melon, fruity, spicy, yeasty goodness. Nice job here by the brewers at Sixpoint, showing some serious dexterity and range.
Love the style, this is a refreshing, enjoyable and tasty version.

picked this growler up with the sunshine pils from troegs at the filling station on way home from work i told the clerk i needed something nice and light and refreshing its over 100 degrees in NJ right now thats insane
so did not know what to expect from this one when i got home when i poured it into my glass i was very surprised very murky color kind of looks like a hefeweizen but has amazing head on the beer looks like a crazy root beer float
wow aroma totaly captivating it smells like a fruit basket mixed with black pepper and spices and some lemons
taste absolutely dynamite wow so tart and crisp and even some sourness in there this absolutely hit the spot on a totally drenching hot day
super bright and tart mouthfeel real quenching for sure
i need to go back and get a growler of this stuff the lady said this was a belgian style pale ale but to me it tasted like a hoppy wheat beer very interesting and super tasty
