A: into tulip glass, deep gold beer with a thick head of dense mousse, off-white in color, that left lots of lace down the glass
S: hoppy pines and resins over sweetr caramel-ish maltiness
T: bittersweet butterscotch malts and earthy, piney, and yes, resinous hops - nice bitter and hoppy tastes
M: smooth and creamy, some tingle from the bitterness and carbonation
O: a delicious DIPA, very smooth and satisfying

Pours a dense light orange with a swiftly rising, mildly off white head. Looks sticky and it is. It leaves tons of lace on the glass and has nice legs too.
Smells like rich caramel with nice hints of citrus. This is hop dominant but the malts really balance it out well. It's dense on the tongue and the hops present well at first, then the malt sweetness finishes it off. The rich creaminess allows it to linger and it has a very nice carbonation level.
I really hope this is a year round brew as I could see this as a go to beer.
