12oz can into a regular old Mason jar. Pours hazy orange, sunblaze almost. Smells like a tapastry of hops, not one over powering the other, but still not blending well at all. The smell actually burns my nostrils. The initial taste is a massive hop bomb, with no direction whatsoever. Its like 6p just throws whatever is on hand, and a lot of it! The end of the swallow provides more of the gasoline like fumes, blazing both nostrils almost bringing tears to my eyes. This stuff seriously might burn blue just from the obscene ammount of hops in this recipe.

Overall, im about to pour the rest of this down the drain, very uncommon for me.
Its all over the place as far as hop character, and the basic 2row and pale doesnt contribute any different malt character than any other standard iipa.

No where near the claimed 103ibu's, even though its obvious that a scaled down 5gal clone would take an entire 16oz's. Im glad I tried it, but can say for certain never again!

A- Hazy orange. Two finger head dissipated after 2 minutes to a light foam. great lacing.

S- citrus and piney smells, couldn't pinpoint an exact citrus fruit, possibly orange.

T- Here is where the orange comes out with some piney "resin". Delicious to say the least.

M- Perfectly carbonated. A thicker feeling brew that tingles the senses.

O- A very tasty beer. One of my top 5 IPAs so far. The flavors/smell/taste all balance great, with 9.1% ABV to boot! Definitely grabbing this again!

Pours copper tending towards amber with a 2 finger thick pure white head that dissipates to a thin sheet with tiered lacing. Smell is, well...resinous. Big piney hops with a faint sweetness and a little astringency. Taste is a wallop of hops up front, piney and slightly medicinal with a sticky sweetness, not too bitter. Mouthfeel is a just a little to the slick side but fairly well carbonated. Overall, a damn nice Double IPA to pick up. Nothing utterly life-changing, but definitely worth a pickup.

A-Hazy orange color with a creamy 1.5 finger head. Slowly dissipating with awesome, sticky lacing. Constant stream of bubbles.
S- Strong, inviting aromas of orange, grapefruit, tropical fruit, pine and pepper.
T- Sweet orange up front. Resinous pine follows immediately after and shifts into a grassy, spicy herb-like flavor, all backed by a sweet caramel backbone. Pine and grapefruit finish with a touch of booze. Complex and very well balanced.
M- Creamy, oily, sticky, almost thick body. Oily, dry piney feel left behind.
O- I loved this beer. Beautiful in the glass, strong aromas, complex and well balanced flavors. The taste was truly unique among the IPAs I've tried so far. I will be having again.
