Honey gold in color, clear with a small white colored head rise up that falls to a film. Good lacing, sticks to glass.
Aroma is all hops. Sweet citrus fruits, floral fragrance, touch of pine and a musty dankness. Very clean, I don't get any yeast or malt character really, just some good ole hops. Really nice smelling, clean, hop centric ale.
Not nearly as bitter on the palate as I expected. The bitterness is rounded and builds a little in the back end. Sweet malt and citrus hops up front. Pine and bitterness sweep the back. Straightforward hops, little gets in the way.
Carbonation is good, medium body with a sticky hop oil, hop resin feel.
Overall, great beer! If you are looking for a dose of hop juice, this will cure you're craving.

What a great looking beer. Beautiful 2 finger foam head that is thick and creamy and just doesnt seem to fade with time (or maybe im drinking this too fast...) Burnt Orange color and bubbly lacing line the glass.
Smells of citrus and pine with some nice sweetness playing in there from the malt
Taste is bitter up front, but it is unique in that it almost simultaneously is followed by sweet sweet malt and citrus. Fabulous flavor balance here. Sticky and pungent but not overdone. Booziness is well covered up, I cant believe its >9%.
Mouthfeel is sticky but goes down so easy. Hop bitterness lingers long after taste, just great.
Overall is a great DIPA. I would certainly have again and I am glad I had the pleasure to get a can from a great BA down south.

Can courtesy of jzeilinger. Thanks!
Poured into a tulip glass. Pours a cloudy dark amber-orange with a thick white head. Decent retention. Big nose of citrus, floral, pine, sweet fruits. Really a nice aroma. What I want in an IPA.
A heavier feel for an IPA. Slightly sticky. Powerful bitter smack here. Fresh juicy hops create quite a citrus-bomb. Moderately bitter finish, though not harsh. Pungent hop presence. A wonderful beer here that cures my bitter-fix. One I'd like to have again. Love the can format.
