I've been loving this beer for the past week now and have decided to give it a proper review. What I've learned though is that this beer needs some time to breathe and/or warm a bit before diving in, as I've had one fresh out of the fridge the other day and it was missing a ton of the flavors I loved about this beer.
For a kristalweizen there is a good deal of haze, bright white fluffy head. Spicy and yeasty nose with lots of banana. Noticeable hop presence for a wheat beer.
Wonderfully creamy mouthfeel. Incredibly smooth. Banana and bubblegum up front. Slick mouthfeel on the sides of the tongue. Slightly buttery toasted character on the mid palate. Finishes with a touch of pepper and extremely clean. It's impressive how such a full bodied beer can be so incredibly refreshing as well. The body really makes this beer what it is. The flavors are all balanced extremely well too. Classic weizen flavors compliment each other, none of which are too overpowering, and being held together by the rich body.
The flavors linger slightly on the finish reminding you how good this beer is making you take another sip.
Some medicinal flavors linger somewhere underneath it all but really dont take away from the beer at all. Top notch. Not to mention, this beer doesnt taste too shabby straight out of the can either making it great for places bottles cant go.
One of the best if not the best wheat beer I've ever had.

a: This pours a medium gold with moderate haze. The off-white head is short lived with big rocky bubbles.
s: A moderately-light clove and banana aroma dominates with a warm, spicy orange scent that makes me think of coriander. There is a soft wheat aroma as well.
t: There is a citrus tartness with a light sweetness and the balance being mildly tart. There is a spiciness as well as some wheat character. There is little bitterness and and hop flavor with a dry finish.
m: A medium-light body with some creaminess. The moderately-high carbonation seems to slightly dry the palate.
o: This is an easy to drink beer; I'm really enjoying the tartness and relatively dry finish along with the spicy and mildly fruit making this a great summer time beer.

Pours a golden copper, finger-width pearl white head that dissipates. 3 minutes in, no head what-so-ever, but very effervescent.
Typical weizen phenols and esters, spice and fruit dominate, banana and bubblegum take a backseat. Heavy wheat presence leads to a thick nose.
Light and fruity on the palate, berry and pineapple give way to a sharp yeasty-wheat characteristic. Fizzy, but with tight carbonation leading to an invigorating mouthfeel.
On principle I enjoy trying Sixpoint, however this is one of the best American Wheat's that I've had. Fantastic beer for when the temperatures keep edging upwards.

16oz can with a freshness date on the bottom.
LOOK: Bright golden hue, ring of lacing all the way down
SMELL: Bready, powdered clove, bubblegum, banana taffy, honeydew melon rind, grassy
TASTE: Smooth, crisp snap, moderate body, bread crust, green banana, lemon, clove, peppery, crackers, dry finish
Wow ... wow. Sixpoint pretty much nailed this one, did they rough-up some old German brewmasters for the secret recipe? I've only had a handful of this style but this clearly at the top. Congratz guys, you have a winner here.

16 ounce can, had a best before date on the bottom, but I cant read it, all smudged up...oh well they get points for trying.
Poursmedium hazed lighter amber, near dull golden, creamy off white head, goes to a satin sheen, low sheeting and fine fields of lacing.
Nose is loaded with tropical fruits, especially bananas.
Fruity and flavorful wheat, more bananas and other tropical notes, moderate sweetness, with a very minor hop presence.
As it warms, notes of sweet malts and honey enter the party, nice wheat from sixpoint, in a can for easy summer portability. Def will be purchasing more of this one as things warm up in a few months.

Appearance: 3/4 inch head, orange brown in color, hazy, moderate carbonation
Smell: banana and clove
Taste: banana, clove, wheat and sugar at the end
Mouthfeel: moderate carbonation, medium-light bodied, sweet and smooth
Overall: An excellent summer beer. This is dangerously drinkable. Nice light, crisp, and sweet. I bought a four pack and will be looking to pick this up more over the summer.

Picked up a can of this yesterday from a local bottle shop, cracked it open and immediately smelled a strong urine odor along with rotten bananas, For some reason I went on to actually taste this abomination of beer, it was like Donkey Kong went on a banana binge and the gave me a golden shower the next morning. Putrid bananas and strong dark urine is all I can think of....but I looked at the bottom of the can once I was done muscling through this beer, since I dont believe in drain pours, and it was canned in July of 2013...7 months ago, I hope thats the problem. If not, I am seriously surprised that this crap came from 6 point
