This beer suited my personal tastes perfectly. I generally enjoy stouts the most but this one really made me appreciate beer savoring. Usually beers will say that they have flavors in them and either I can't taste it at all or the flavor can be overpowering. After each sip you could taste the subtle raspberry followed with a clean Belgian Abbey Ale mouthful finished by the perfect amount of heat and flavor of jalapeno.

This awesome brew is a collab with The Jam Stand. They specifically made a jalapeno raspberry jam to put into this beer, then lime and fresh raspberries were also added for more of a kick. This was brewed with a Belgian yeast.
I spoke to one of the Sixpoint brewers that made this beer and it had be excited. It was awesome that Idle Hands had this as part of their Wednesday blind tasting.
The color is this light copper red with fizzy huge head.
The aroma just immediately smacks you with spice. It's that super vibrant fresh green jalapeno peel. It also burns your nostrils and reminds me a lot of some super dank hoppy beers that just attack your senses. There's a bit of sweet raspberry in the back too.
The flavor follows. There's a sweet raspberry flavor in the front and then it rolls into a round fresh pepper spice that hits the middle to the back of your mouth. It lingers a bit, but you keep wanting more as it is quite refreshingly spicy.
The mouthfeel is light to medium with lots of carbonation from the yeast.
In the end, this could have used a bigger malt backbone or maybe some tartness in the front. However, it really is an extremely interesting beer and really done well.
One of the best of both fruit beers and spicy beers that I have had. A winner in both categories.
