I went to Fatheads at 11:30am on 5/22/11, pretty busy but still a few open tables. We were seated immediately.
First glance, exceptional tap list. 43 beers, many different styles from all over the world. Very beer-centric atmosphere.
The food menu was overwhelming. There had to be over 60 different offerings. There seemed to be alot of hot and spicy food, but the same amount of milder cuisine. I had a burger. It was a huge portion for the money.
Back to the important stuff, the tap list. Recently tapped were Terrapin Gamma Ray, Dark Horse Plead the Fifth, Sierra Nevada 30th Anniversary Black Barleywine.
They also had 2 house beers, an APA and a DIPA. Both were fantastic!!
Fatheads is an absolute must see for anybody travelling to the Pittsburgh area.

Place was busy when we arrived. (Around 5 on a Saturday night). Bar area was filled but bartenders were still available. Beer selection on tap was varied and all unique and many more on bottles. Food was decent (pub food) but I didn't really go there for the food. Head Hunter was very good. I look forward to going back.
