A - Pours a deep black, but light was able to go through this unfiltered lager. Light of white head, leaves lace. Love the fact that this was unfiltered.
S - Aromas of roasted malt and chocolate dominate this beer. A little overpowering for the style.
T - The aromas are muted for the taste. The really balance out nicely in the taste. It turns to a fresh crushed grain flavor that is rather nice. The hops presence is rather muted, but does its duty.
M - Light and rather slick. Not a bad slick, but it doesn't dry out the way it should.
D - For the first attempt. It is rather a nice beer. Very easy to drink and goes great with their steak.
Serving type: on-tap
