750 ml bottle dated best before 9-28-14 poured into a goblet.

Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a thinning white head and constant stream of bubbles rising up.

Smell is a sweet and grassy delight. Slight pepper.

Taste is a slightly bright/tart, lemony pleasure.

Mouthfeel is very clean with a nice carbonation zing.

Overall this is very good. Kind of like La Fin du Monde, but not as sweet.

Unibroue's classic 750mL cork-topped bottle. Best before 02-04-2015. Served in pint glass. Beer pours pale yellow in color, slightly hazy, with a pretty nice white head. Aroma is yeasty, and has an unfortunate banana ester smell (though I'm sure others may appreciate that more than I do). Flavor is pretty mild, continuing with the fruity theme, and adding a very gentle spicing. Despite not having any of my favorite flavors in a Belgian strong pale ale, it's supremely drinkable, and doesn't expose any of it's 7.5 ABVs. It would be interesting to try this side by side with Don De Dieu, or even Blanche De Chambly -- I'm pretty sure I remember liking either of those a lot more than this one.

Poured into Duvel tulip.
Nice classed aroma for style. Pleasing spiciness, and clear malt base. Hints of fruit.
Cloudy golden yellow and huge white head. Again, quite classic.
Pretty darn dry and less sweet overall than some. Still rich though. Man is that dry - from start to finish. Also super carbonated, almost to distraction for me, but probably within style limits. Less spicy than aroma and more malt forward. Softer fruits and more blending in the spiciness.
Nice drink overall.
Thanks Drevis

Picked up a 750 ml bottle from Trader Joe's in early February for $5.99. Bottled on 11-03-2013.

Beer poured golden with a beautiful white head that is long lasting.

Nose has light fruits.

Taste is light apple with a light touch of pepper.

Mouthfeel is classic Unibroue, very light and smooth yet lively on the palate.

Overall this is another delicious brew from Unibroue. Definitely a value at this price!

Outstanding off brand of Unibroue, much like a Blanche de Chambly. This has a great overall quality that is associated with Unibroue. The mouthfeel is light and crisp, the flavor is also light, but the flavor is great. All things considered, this is worth a try.

Bottle: Poured a hazy dirty blonde color ale with a huge foamy head with great retention with some great lacing. Aroma consists of Unibroue yeast ester with some rustic malt notes and some peppery notes. Taste is also dominated by some Unibroue yeast ester with some rustic malt notes and a spicy peppery finish. Body is full with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Great mix of drinkability and complexity. Another winner from Unibroue.
