Pours a clear medium amber with a nice garnet cast. Outstanding head volume, lacing and retention. Nice nose of rich caramel over light citrus rind with a spicy note. Almost light medium bodied with a smooth texture. Above normal carbonation with effervescence from the middle on. The flavor profile is rather nice, reasonably intense, very well balanced and is simple, rather than complex. It begins with caramel coupled with a faint rind note. It flows to a mild herbal bitterness in the middle with a nice effervescent rush. The finish is a blend of caramel and herbal hops that slowly fade into a soft rind like bitterness. A solid session, beach or lawnmower offering.

A: The beer is clear amber in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high off white head that died down but never completely faded away, consistently leaving a thin layer of bubbles on the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of citrusy and floral hops are present in the nose along with hints of caramel malts. The malts become a little stronger once the beer warms up.
T: The taste generally follows the smell, except that the malty flavors of caramel are stronger, being more in balance with the hops. There is a light amount of bitterness and some additional hints of grassy hops.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found that the taste of this beer has a really nice balance between the malts and hops. I would have no problem drinking several of these in one sitting.

Poured into a shaker pint glass.

Look: Murky burnt orange body. Tan head, great retention with bands of foamy lacing.

Aroma: Toasted grains, faint caramel malt sweetness, earthy tea-like hops.

Taste: On the hoppier side with a slightly buttery sweetness of malts. A tea tanginess in the finish.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied.

Overall: Well balanced if not on the hoppy side. Pretty refreshing.

Pours a thin head on a clear straw colored body.
The aroma is faint caramel, with lemon, pine and cinnamon bring up the rear.
The taste has a mild sweetness that rolls into a mild lemon bitter finish. Great balance.
The texture is soft with moderate carbonation.
Good flavor and drinkability.
