Poured from a bomber in to Duvel tulip. Cool looking wax on this bottle.
A- Pours a dark brown with a short light brown head which settles to a thin cap after a minute or two.
S- OH LORD. Quite a bit of chocolate on the nose, but even more graham cracker and cocoa powder.
T- Just a tiny bit of oak here, but I think that is a strong point of this beer. No need to overdo it. Taste is vanilla and a bit of chocolate. A bit of a letdown compared to the nose, but still tasty.
M- Medium feel, not quite full. Medium to high amount of carbonation for the style.
O- A fine brew. The smell hyped me up so much and it didn't quite follow through with the taste unfortunately.

Dedicated to their lost comrade, Mogli- the spirit of the four-legged friend comes as an imperial stout, except for the replacement of roasted elements with something more charming and delightful- chocolate. Its aged bourbon character and bold strength says a lot about Mogli- both the dog and the porter.
Medium brown with a tinge of garnet, the porter lays on the nose and early palate with decadent chocolate, nut and medium coffee character. Its bold burnt toffee sweetness brings out a host of caramel, vanilla and booze-soaked oak.
Its full and sweet body is creamy, given a lift from a malted milk body, heavy whipping cream and vanilla cream. Its nutty and coffee earthiness invites a hint of bittersweetness to balance the malt. Woodsy hops offer a faint aside of toasted pine cone heading into finish.
Remaining lush and full even late, the porter is intent to remain a slow sipping affair, showcasing its warm bourbon-sweet mouthfeel, chocolate linger and malty texture that endures well into the next sip. We'll meet you on the other side Mogli!

Less porter and more brown ale in appearance, Mogli keeps a lush, almost luxurious brown hue. The head is stiff and thick and resembles a brown cream.
The nose holds a milky, creamy, marshmallow and vanilla. I may get a whiff of chocolate but it's not a lot.
The flavor is just vanilla. Creamy, thick vanilla!
The feel is thick and creamy as well but holds a touch of carbonated bite at the finish.
This is a vanilla lovers dream and a beer served much better after dinner.
